We are very regreted to inform you that our company email system was recently targeted in a cybersecurity incident. Whenever you hear a Bank Change Request via email after 26 Nov 2025, treat this carefully. Fraud is everywhere, please be extremely cautious of emails that look similar to ours but contain subtle changes, such as swapped letters or numbers.
If we have to change banks, an official declaration with company letterhead, clearly stamped and signed by our managing director will be issuing. More importantly customers will have to make a call at 86 512 5013 5884 after receiving such declaration, which will be essential to protect both our organizations from Fraud. Below mentioned bank details are official beneficiary of Epic Crystal, there maybe others but call us to confirm please, thank you for attention.
