EPIC-APD8127 Alpha Spectrometer is a single-channel PIPS semiconductor detector Alpha Spectrometer designed to support chambers with up to 1200 mm2 and up to 3000 mm2 detectors, which can be applied to qualitative and quantitative analysis of Alpha particles. Includes vacuum measurement chamber, PIPS detector, preamplifier circuit board, high and low voltage power supply and single channel control board, high performance digital multichannel board and vacuum sensor.

EPIC-APD8127 Alpha Spectrometer is a single-channel PIPS semiconductor detector Alpha Spectrometer designed to support chambers with up to 1200 mm2 and up to 3000 mm2 detectors, which can be applied to qualitative and quantitative analysis of Alpha particles. Includes vacuum measurement chamber, PIPS detector, preamplifier circuit board, high and low voltage power supply and single channel control board, high performance digital multichannel board and vacuum sensor.
