Characterization of LYSO(ce) crystal in high energy physics field

LYSO(ce) scintillation crystal has typical feature of fast decay time(40 ns), heavy density(7.20 g/cm3) and strong anti -radiation capability(>108 rad), it has been attracted lots of interest in the high energy and nuclear physics field.


The experiment conducted in Forschungszentrum Jülich, Germany, use our 30 x 30 x 100 mm LYSO(ce) crystal module, under four different energy of deuteron beam on 92, 195, 230 and 268 MeV, the energy linearity and energy resolution was show on the below chart, which were both fantastic.
